Sankofa 360 Co-Director
Position Title: Sankofa 360 Co-Director
Position Description: The Sankofa 360 Co-Director will collaborate with current leadership to oversee all aspects of the Sankofa 2026 & 2027 program. Responsibilities include: coordinating logistics and other programmatic areas before, during, and after the experience, supervising staff, managing program goals and policies, overseeing fiscal operations, and ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after the immersion experience.
Time Commitment:
Duration: 2-year commitment
- Year 1: Co-Director
- Year 2: Transition to Sankofa 360 Director
Hours: 4-6 hours per week. Some seasons of planning are less busy than others
End Date: On or before August 2027 (contingent upon program completion)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
Compensation: This position includes full coverage of all expenses for participation in Sankofa 2026. In the second year, in addition to continued full expense coverage, a small stipend will be provided. Please refer to the “Benefits” section below for further details.
Benefits:
- All expenses covered for director training (Online, 2025/2026 – date tentative)
- Covered program fees, including domestic and international travel for Sankofa 2026
- Ongoing support from Anidaso staff
- Professional development in leadership, theology, global programming, and cross-cultural engagement
- Year 2 (26-27): Includes a stipend of $3,000, distributed in two installments, in addition to all benefits listed above
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Program Management
- Co-lead training and development of Sankofa staff
- Supervise staff during pre ACTperience preparation and immersion program in Ghana
- Host informational sessions for prospective participants
- Manage logistical components: applications, training timeline, leadership development content, and overall program operations
- Collaborate on policy and procedure development for Sankofa 360
- Design additional orientation and training modules with Anidaso leadership
- Attend weekly planning meetings (schedule subject to change)
- Identify new tools and approaches for virtual training and workshops
- Source resources to support program goals
Communications & Instruction
- Work with Communications Director to implement the program’s content and marketing strategy
- Co-facilitate Sankofa curriculum and coordinate guest facilitators
- Develop training modules and presentations
- Continuously research innovative digital learning methods and resources
Qualifications:
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a remote setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in editing written materials and drafting professional documents
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to embody and communicate organizational values
- Passion for mentoring youth, young adults, career professionals, and underserved communities
360 Ambassador Program Coordinator
Title: 360 Ambassador Program Coordinator
Pay Rate: This is a volunteer, uncompensated position
Hours per week: 2-3
Job Duration: 12-month commitment
Supervision: This position will report to the Director of Programs
About the Organization: Anidaso 360 revitalizes disenfranchised communities through various domestic and international civic empowerment initiatives. We are a small non-profit that drives social change through cultural immersion ACTperiences to strengthen the wellbeing of communities of color.

Purpose of the Ambassador Program: The aim of this initiative is to bring together 360 alumni with the wider community in order to strengthen community ties and offer an online platform dedicated to educating and empowering individuals of African descent in the areas of spirituality, culture, and professional growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate monthly opportunities for alumni and other interested parties to engage in regular encouragement sessions, trainings, seminars, conferences that focus on the spiritual, cultural, and professional development of alumni (i.e., creating a book club)
- Coordinate opportunities for alumni to communicate their immersion experiences with churches, schools, and other organizations
- Coordinate annual reunions
Ideal candidates will exhibit the following:
- Previous participant in an ACTperience sponsored by Anidaso 360
- Experience with program development, execution, and assessment
- Experience leading groups and managing complex projects in a remote position
- Strong leader with the ability to effectively communicate organization’s ideas, values, and ethics
- Commitment to developing youth, young adults, and marginalized populations
- Ability to work autonomously while setting deadlines to move projects forward
- Experience working with diverse partners, international stakeholders, or global leadership programs
